Design details

The Unknown Summer has a more pulled in nose and widepoint back outline, giving it an almost modern day pig look. The narrower front half allows for an easier time maneuvering on the open face and making fast adjustments. It has a blended single concave running from the nose to about the middle of the board. This allows fast water flow and lots of lift in the front half. The back half has a good amount of curve in both the outline and the rocker. This helps with the maneuverability as well. There is a prolonged V exit after the rear fin to also help roll side to side. All of this performance is wrapped up nicely with 50/50 rails for a touch of forgiveness and a more noserider focused exit rocker, helping bring the board back into the all-around category.
